Team building and team days
How do we connect with each other more strongly? As a facilitator, I introduce groups and teams in an approachable way to interactive processes in which every perspective is valued. This gives refreshing breakthroughs on topical issues and brings air and energy into the cooperation. A day with the right dose of dynamic exercises from Deep Democracy, systemic work, Liberating Structures, Connecting Communication and Sociocracy 3.0, complemented by ritual practices. There are many handles in my backpack that I combine in a tailor-made way.
Rituals in the workplace
Designing and guiding rituals in organisations, creating space to acknowledge what is, honour the old and embrace the new, through the power of symbols, silence and connection... Designing a transformative experience is always a co-creation, and the more we tap into our creative abilities, the more impressive the result. Rituals heal, mark, deepen relationships and transform. They connect us to purpose, the bigger picture. As an organisational coach, I regularly deploy ritual practices.
What you can expect from me
In every collaboration, I take as my basic attitude that of a facilitator who appeals to the wisdom and untapped potential, who offers paths and insights on the basis of equality and who is open to advancing insight. I bring psychological safety, look holistically at self-management and self-leadership, and keep expanding my framework.I am available for a short or longer-term change process at organisational or team level. Inspiration, practice, reflection, depth and practice opportunities alternate in sessions. Based on the needs, we co-create a tailor-made programme combining structural and cultural elements. If desired, we can also set up hybrid courses and online coaching and personal guidance are part of the course. Besides these coaching sessions, I am also happy to give talks or lessons on organisational development and I am available for conflict mediation.
A sounding board in organisational development
As a learning organisation or community, it is important to keep your change and development in your own hands. Yet it helps to have an experienced organisational coach on hand. A sounding board to check ideas with, to spar about challenges and strategies, to discuss next steps and to mirror. We can collaborate and exchange live or online around key organisational issues. Together, we look at the challenges and needs at hand. I then provide avenues and processes that can help. These can be building blocks from Sociocracy 3.0, Connecting Communication, Deep Democracy, Teal, The New World of Work, Liberating Structures, Systemic Work etc. If necessary, we can agree on a rhythm so that I can keep a regular finger on the pulse of your developments.
Coaching on personal leadership
If you want to be more in control of your leadership, become more aware of your behaviour, blockages and triggers and give more direction to your life or career, from your energy of being, then I am happy to coach you personally in your leadership.
One of the methods I work with is Voice Dialogue, a way of discovering different 'protective mechanisms' in yourself, so that you gain more insight into how you really are put together and how you can tap into other sides of yourself. I also coach in nonviolent communication and constellation work, among other things.
My practice is at home, but we can also work together digitally. I am a career coach with Heart At Work. If you qualify, we can work with Flemish career vouchers, for any kind of personal coaching.
